For me CrossFit has been a constant reminder that impossible feats today won’t always be impossible. With some guidance, focus and commitment to put the work in, there is no such thing as a goal that is out of reach. FMCF was where my CrossFit journey began in 2014 and where the coaches pushed me to master countless new movements. Now it’s gone full circle and I absolutely love being on the other side helping others reach their fitness goals.
