I have always had a passion for leading and developing within sport. I love being challenged by athletes and finding different cues for everyone to have success with a movement. What may work for one individual, does not always work for the one next to them. Being able to solve the puzzle and seeing them have success, grow confidence, hit PR’s, while being pushed out of their comfort zone, is what it is all about for me.
