After joining Full Metal CrossFit my entire perspective changed and I was able to not only see results, but enjoy working out!
The Coaches and Community both encourage me daily to always push limits they know I’m capable of and remind me that “my pace” regardless of the workout is the focus. Since I’ve joined, I’m always excited to see what other offers FMCF has from Mobility and Yoga Classes right down to our Group Activities such as the 10KM Run etc. I am thrilled I joined, my second family!
When I joined in 2018, I didn’t realize that not only was I starting at a gym that would help me to develop both strength and confidence, but also entering into a wonderful community.
I have always been active at standard gyms, but I was just so bored of doing the same cardio exercises and wasn’t sure how to work out safely with proper form using free weights.
I love that at Full Metal CrossFit the workouts are different every day and it forces me to focus on different aspects of fitness including strength training and mobility. What I really love about Full Metal CrossFit is the community aspect. I have made some great friends and we help keep each other motivated and accountable, it is why I keep coming back for more.
